Booking form
The request form is provided by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium). The information you send (name, email, phone, Instagram, project description, images) is used only to study your request, reply to you and organise your appointments. It is never sold or used for anything else. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Academy waiting list
Your first name, email and level are used only to tell you when Zenkai Academy opens. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Requests are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted.
Third-party services
Hosting: Netlify. Fonts: Google Fonts (your IP address is sent to Google to load the fonts). Instagram videos and posts: loaded only if you click to play them.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing contact@zenkaistudio.fr. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
