Booking policy
Simple rules so every session goes well, for you and for us. By booking, you accept them.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure a date. The amount comes with your quote (usually 30% of the booked session). It is deducted from the price of your last session. Without a deposit, the date is not booked.
Rescheduling
You can move your appointment once, free of charge, with at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit carries over to the new date.
Cancelling
If you cancel less than 7 days before the session, or ask to reschedule a second time, the deposit is kept. It covers the blocked day and the preparation time.
Lateness and no-shows
Let us know as soon as possible if you’re running late. Beyond 30 minutes without news, the session may be cancelled and the deposit kept. Not showing up without notice means losing the deposit.
If we have to cancel
Illness or emergency on our side: we offer you a new date as a priority. Your deposit is kept in full for that date, or refunded if you prefer.
Your health
Sunburn, wound, infection or fever around the date, pregnancy, ongoing treatment: tell us as soon as possible. With a medical certificate, we reschedule without losing the deposit.
Minimum age
18 or older. Photo ID is required on the day of your appointment.
On the day
Come rested, with no alcohol or drugs. One companion maximum, with our agreement. We may refuse to tattoo someone who is not fit to be tattooed.
The design
Every piece is custom-made, often freehand straight on the skin on the day. We don’t copy other tattoo artists’ work. The design remains the artist’s intellectual property; working files are not shared.
Payment
The balance for each session is paid at the end of that session.
Photos and videos
We photograph and film our work for our portfolio and social media. If you don’t want to appear (face, area, first name), tell us before the session.
Touch-ups
One touch-up is free within 3 months of the end of the project, if the aftercare guide was followed. Hard-to-heal areas (hands, fingers, feet) are assessed case by case.
Right to refuse
We may decline a project: hateful content, unsuitable area or skin, or a request too far from our style.
